Return Policy


thewideshoes.com accepts all returned products in there original condition with its original packaging intact for a full merchandise refund, exchange or credit within 30 days. S&H is not refundable.

Please package the merchandise in the same or similar box as it shipped, include the invoice number, and ship back to the address listed below.

Shipping Policy


When you place an order for products through our secure ordering system, you will receive a confirmation email with in minutes after placing your order providing you with your order number. When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email providing you with your UPS tracking number. Every shipment is insured for full value. We only use UPS shipping for online orders.
