Return Policy

At TheWideShoes.com, we want every customer to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 90-day return window with a full refund.
To make sure your shoes stay in perfect condition for the next customer, and your refund can be processed in full, please follow these guidelines:

• Shoes should be in their original, unworn condition. We recommend trying them on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing.
• Please return the shoe in their original box, and place that box inside a protective shipping carton.
• If your order includes socks, they need to be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Otherwise, a $12.50 fee will be deducted from the refund.
• All returns must be made within 90 days of the invoice date.
